Warranty Policy

  • All products come with a specific warranty period 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use conditions.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs.

How to Claim Warranty

  2. Our team will guide you through the warranty claim process, which may include inspection or replacement.
  3. If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the item as per the warranty terms.

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Software and consumable items (e.g., printer ink).

Return Process

  • Email our support team at support@sharafgroup.eg with your order details and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or replacement will be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective or damaged products, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
