Placing an Order

Order Cancellation

Return Policy

• Eligibility for Returns: Products must be returned within 14 days, unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Non-Returnable Items: Software downloads, opened accessories.
• Return Process: Contact us to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
