Placing an Order

Return Policy

• Eligibility for Returns: Products must be returned within 14 days, unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Non-Returnable Items: Software downloads, opened accessories.
• Return Process: Contact us to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
