Delivery Policy
Order Processing
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order is shipped.
Delivery Timeframe
- Standard Delivery: [3-4] business days, depending on the delivery location.
- Express Delivery: [1-2] business days.
Delivery Charges
- Free delivery for orders above 1000 EGP.
- A flat fee of 50 EGP applies for orders below this amount.

- We deliver to all governorates of Egypt.
Tracking Your Order
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. Use the tracking link to monitor the delivery status.
Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will leave a notification and attempt re-delivery.
- If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or unavailability to receive it, additional fees may apply for re-shipping.
Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt to arrange a resolution.
