Delivery Policy

Order Processing

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order is shipped.

Delivery Timeframe

• Standard Delivery: 3-4 business days, depending on the delivery location.
• Express Delivery: 1-2 business days.

Delivery Charges

• Free delivery for orders when you pay via Instapay.
• A flat fee of 199 EGP applies for all orders exeption Monitors 299 EGP.

Delivery Areas

• We deliver to all governorates of Egypt.

Tracking Your Order

• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. Use the tracking link to monitor the delivery status.

Failed Deliveries

• If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will leave a notification and attempt re-delivery.
• If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or unavailability to receive it, additional fees may apply for re-shipping.

Damaged or Missing Items

• If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt to arrange a resolution.
